Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, BATMAN!

So, on the subject of food, here's the options. I'd prefer to go somewhere more unusual, at the risk of running extra expense.
The main locations for this could be Brazilian, served up by Tropeiro on Argyle Street or Boteco on the Trongate. The other 'exotic' choice is the Mongolian restaurant on Candleriggs. Problem is, I haven't been to any of them so quality isn't guaranteed.
The alternative is cheap and familiar things like a Chinese Buffet on Sauchiehall Streetan Indian on West Regent Street (With a less than perfect site), or a chip shop.

It's up to you guys. Can you have a look at the links and give me opinions? Feel free to give me some other suggestions in comments if you think mine are rubbish. Otherwise, I'll make a sad face.
Ta.

  1. I haven't been to any of those restaurants either, but I can recommend the concept of Mongolian barbeque.

  2. I'm gonna say right now that I'm a hugely fussy eater so none of those would be a good choice for myself, but one restaurant I WOULD recommend is DiMaggio's , though it's a bit on the expensive side, the quality is what you would expect it to be from a high class Restaurant (plus they serve some of the best toffee crunch ice cream you'll find!)

  4. Since I can't get a confirmation email for the RDN can I post here that I'll be coming too?

I'd echo that DiMaggio's is good and there's few good hole in the wall Italian and Chinese restaurants about. Of course there's a couple of Pizza Huts too.

  5. Hey! After finding out about this just this morning, I've already made plans. I'll tag along for a little while with my non-brony friend, if that's okay? Has anyone got a rough idea of numbers so far?
Hope to see you all soon!
